Do I need to know how to code?
No. You fill in simple forms, pick a theme, and press publish. Everything is point and click.
Which digital products can I sell?
Ebooks, PDFs, templates, spreadsheets, prompt packs and other downloadable files. You can upload a file or share a delivery link. Course hosting and video streaming are not available.
How do Razorpay payments work?
Customers pay on a secure Razorpay checkout. Payment is verified by our server before an order counts as paid. Sales fees are listed in the question below.
When do I get my money?
Your earnings are ready to withdraw as soon as a payment is verified. There is no waiting period and no minimum amount. We pay every day except holidays.
What fees do I pay on each sale?
GlobalSeller charges a 5% platform fee on each successful sale. It comes out of your earnings, so buyers never pay extra. We pay the payment gateway fees, so nothing else is taken from your sale.
How does digital product delivery work?
After a verified payment, the customer gets a download page with only the products they bought.
Can customers buy a bump offer?
You can set up one optional extra product for your page. Customers must tick it themselves.
Can I create more than one product?
Yes. The Free plan allows up to 3 products. Creator allows more.
What is included in the free plan?
You can create an account, add up to 3 products, build and preview sales pages as drafts, and try the profile and store editor. Publishing needs the Creator plan.
What happens when a paid plan ends?
Your products, pages and drafts stay safe. Your public sales pages and store go offline until you renew. Your Creator profile stays live on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change how my page looks?
Yes. Choose from six themes, then change colors, fonts, spacing, buttons and layout. You see changes right away on desktop, tablet and mobile previews.
Can buyers get refunds?
GlobalSeller sells digital products, so there are no refunds once a product is delivered. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, or a payment that was taken but the product was never delivered. See our refund policy for details.
