Digital products

Everything sold on GlobalSeller is a digital product. Buyers get access right after payment, so purchases are not refundable once the product is delivered.

When we do help

If you were charged twice for the same order, or your payment went through but you never received the product, contact us within 7 days. We will check the payment and fix it. If a file will not open, contact the creator or us and we will help you get a working copy.

Creator plan

The Creator plan is a monthly subscription for sellers. It is not refundable, but you can cancel any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and are not charged again.

How fixes are paid

When a duplicate or failed delivery charge is approved, the money goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks can take 5 to 7 working days.

Disputes

Payment disputes follow Razorpay and card network rules. We record disputes against the order for your records.
