What we collect

We collect your name, email, phone number if you add one, and the content you create such as products, pages and profile details. When your customers buy, we record their name, email and order details for you and for delivery.

How we use it

We use your data to run your account, show your public pages, deliver purchases, show you analytics and send service emails. We do not sell your personal data.

Visit counts

To count visits to public pages and profiles, we save a random ID in the visitor's browser. It holds no name or email. It lets us count each person once and see who comes back. We do not keep IP addresses with it. Page owners only see totals, never who the visitors are.

Referral links

If you sign up through a creator's link, we remember which link brought you. We use this only to count signups for that creator. Every seller also has a link of their own. The seller who shared it sees the first name of each person who joined, and whether they bought a plan, and the commission they earned.

Analytics and ads

On the GlobalSeller website and dashboard we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. They help us see how people find us and how many sign up. When you sign up, log in or pay for a plan, we send Google and Meta an event about it. Meta gets a coded (hashed) copy of your email, never the email itself. These tools are not added to creators' pages by us. A creator may add their own.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers. We keep order and payment status records.

Where data is kept

Your data is stored with Supabase. Access to private records is limited to the account that owns them.

Your choices

You can edit your details in Settings. You can ask us to delete your account from Settings or from the contact page.
